Returns & Refund Policy
We operate a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Tiles must be returned in full, unopened boxes only
- Items must be in resaleable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@bathroomtiles.uk. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Restocking & Administration Charges
Some products are subject to manufacturer restocking and administration charges. These fees will be deducted from the refundable amount once the return is approved:
- RAK Ceramics: 25% restocking & administration charge
- ThermoSphere: 20% restocking & administration charge
These charges cover manufacturer handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale or clearance items
- Special-order or made-to-order products
- Gift cards
- Hazardous or chemical-based products
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
