Forklift Requirement

• Large slabs require a forklift at the delivery address.
• If you have a forklift on-site, select standard delivery.
• If not, we can arrange a forklift for an additional charge.

Refundable Frame Charge

A refundable £450 + VAT frame charge applies.

This will be refunded once the frame is collected and returned.

Returns & Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a product refund (contact us for more information).
• If returning items due to no fault of ours, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds and cancellations do not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
• All products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
• We cannot accept returns for partial packs or individual tiles.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please check your order on delivery.
• Report any damage within 2 working days.
• If tiles are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
• We will respond within 2 working days to arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or discuss a refund.

Refunds & Shipping

• Delivery charges are non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
