Forklift Requirement
- Large slabs require a forklift at the delivery address.
- If you have a forklift on-site, select standard delivery.
- If not, we can arrange a forklift for an additional charge.
Refundable Frame Charge
A refundable £450 + VAT frame charge applies.
This will be refunded once the frame is collected and returned.

Please note: Due to the size and weight of large slabs, Click & Collect is not available.
Returns & Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a product refund (contact us for more information).
- If returning items due to no fault of ours, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds and cancellations do not apply to bespoke or made-to-order items.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- All products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns for partial packs or individual tiles.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Please check your order on delivery.
- Report any damage within 2 working days.
- If tiles are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 working days of delivery.
- We will respond within 2 working days to arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or discuss a refund.
Refunds & Shipping
- Delivery charges are non-refundable if you cancel or change your mind.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
