We only deliver to UK Mainland and Highlands areas only. We do not deliver products to the Islands, Ireland, or Northern Ireland.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 12:00pm will be delivered by the next working day (subject to stock availability). Next working days exclude weekends and holidays.

We are unable to offer next-day service to the following postcode regions in Scotland: AB, IV, KW, PA.

- DPD: Next working day - for under 50kg parcels.
- Next Working Day: From £6.50 + VAT
- Economy Service: 2-3 Working Days (Only for order weight over 50kg)
Orders Over 50kg (Pallet Service)
Large orders over 50kg will be delivered on a pallet (small, half, or full pallet). All pallet deliveries will be made via curbside delivery only.

- Palletways: Next working day - Over 50kg order (semi, half, or full pallet).
- K & R Mason: Next working day - Over 50kg order (semi, half, or full pallet).
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy: Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Restocking & Administration Charges (Brand-Specific)
Returns of certain branded products are subject to a restocking and administration fee, deducted from the refund amount.
- RAK Ceramics products: A 25% restocking and administration charge will apply to all approved returns.
- ThermoSphere products: A 20% restocking and administration charge will apply to all approved returns.
This charge covers manufacturer handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs and will be deducted from the total refundable value.
Return Approval
Returns must be approved before sending items back.
Damaged or Wrong Items?
Please notify us immediately within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
Non-Returnable Items
Includes sale items, gift cards, custom products, and hazardous materials.
Exchanges
Return your item and place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
