Orders Over 50kg (Pallet Service)

Large orders over 50kg will be delivered on a pallet (small, half, or full pallet). All pallet deliveries will be made via curbside delivery only.

Restocking & Administration Charges (Brand-Specific)

Returns of certain branded products are subject to a restocking and administration fee, deducted from the refund amount.

• RAK Ceramics products: A 25% restocking and administration charge will apply to all approved returns.
• ThermoSphere products: A 20% restocking and administration charge will apply to all approved returns.

This charge covers manufacturer handling, inspection, repackaging, and administrative costs and will be deducted from the total refundable value.

Return Approval

Returns must be approved before sending items back.
