ARDEX AF 200 PLUS – Ready Mixed Uncoupling Matting Adhesive
ARDEX AF 200 PLUS is a high-performance, ready-mixed adhesive designed for the efficient installation of fleece-backed uncoupling matting on timber, concrete, and sand/cement screed subfloors. Its advanced formulation allows for matting to be fixed in as little as 5 minutes, enabling immediate commencement of tiling thereafter. The adhesive's high initial grab prevents mat curling, facilitating a smooth installation process. With an extended tack time of up to one hour, it offers flexibility during application. ARDEX AF 200 PLUS is solvent-free, low odour, and achieves the EC1 PLUS EMICODE label for very low emissions, making it suitable for internal areas, including those with underfloor heating systems. Available in 6kg and 14kg resealable tubs, it provides up to 45m² coverage per 14kg unit.

Application Guidelines:
- Apply using a B1 or 2mm x 6mm v-notch trowel
- Fix matting after 5–10 minutes, or within 1 hour due to extended tack time
- Priming is typically not required for timber, concrete, or sand/cement screeds
- For anhydrite/calcium-based screeds, apply ARDEX P51 primer (3:1 dilution) prior to adhesive application
